To ensure that the departmental operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all expenses are strictly controlled;
To plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, couseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, sucession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues);
To establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development;
To monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales;
To manage and develop direct reporting staffs;
To liaise with other functional/departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements;
To maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to Directors, managers and staffs within the organization;
To contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the executive team;
To ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies;
To audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies,etc.;
To plan and implement employees' performance appraisal; develop tools for performance appraisal and development;
To plan and direct for training of employee including senior managers; maintain contact with outside resources for training;
To be responsible for complying with the labor standards and welfare laws covered by host country;
To prepare memos/call the attention of employees who violates hotel policies and regulations;
To develop, implement and administer hotel policies, rules and regulations;
To ensure the maintenance of positive and productive working environment;
To ensure equally fair and consistent application of policies and procedures;
To direct and participate in all hotel-wide programs;
To coordinate with the affiliated manpower agencies;
To direct in-charge regarding hiring local
Implement assigned tasks from Director of Human Resources

Yêu cầu công việc
-Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management is preferred.
- 2 - 3 year experiences in same position
- Leadership, planning and organizing ability.
- Working in 4 star hotel up will be an advantage.
- Good personality, reliable person, high responsibility.
- Good in computer skills.
- Well understand about Vietnam Labor Law.
