• Responsible for creating the best guest experience, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Guarantees that the whole team of the Resort know and respects the service culture and brand standards.
• Manage daily operation of Guest Relations team.
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress.
• Provide upscale guest relation experiences for guests throughout their stay.
• Communicate with guests and staff and follow up to be resolved issues properly
• Analyze guest’s feedback from online reviews and suggest ways to improve rating.
• Works with Front Office Manager on manpower planning and management needs
• Direct Managing Guest Relations team.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in Guest Relation.
- Strong management skill, knowledge of Guest experience tools will be valued
- Good command of English and other languages would be a plus.
• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage complex relationships
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• 2 years in Guest Relations / Experience Manager / Assistant Guest Experience Manager or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
