2. Network within the company and the industry to keep abreast of developments affecting your field of expertise.

Tạo mối liên hệ trong Công ty và ngành công nghiệp du lịch để bám sát sự phát triển ảnh hưởng đến lĩnh vực chuyên môn của bạn.

3. Ensure all Team Members under your supervision are scheduled in accordance with business needs.

Đảm bảo tất cả các Thành viên trong bộ phận đều lên kế hoạch phù hợp với nhu cầu kinh doanh dưới sự quản lý của bạn.

4. Plan and implement replacement of FF&E and OE in accordance with needs and available budget.

Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện thay thế FF & E và OE theo nhu cầu và ngân sách có sẵn.

5. Ensure all Spa & Massage policies & procedures are implemented in accordance with established standards.

Đảm bảo tất cả các chính sách & quy trình Spa & Massage được thực hiện theo các tiêu chuẩn đã được thiết lập.

6. Ensure the correct implementation of all cash-handling procedures in the departments under your supervision.

Đảm bảo thực hiện đúng tất cả các thủ tục thanh toán tiền mặt trong bộ phận dưới sự quản lý của bạn.

7. Have a good understanding of the Resort’s emergency procedures and ensure implementation of those related to your departments when required.

Hiểu rõ các quy trình về các trường hợp khẩn cấp của Khu nghỉ dưỡng và đảm bảo thực hiện đầy đủ các thủ tục liên quan đến bộ phận của bạn khi được yêu cầu.

8. Constantly seek to profit engineer by monitoring cost of sales and implementing revenue-increasing products/programs/activities.

Thường xuyên tìm kiếm xây dựng lợi nhuận bằng cách theo dõi chi phí bán hàng và bổ sung các sản phẩm / chương trình / hoạt động tăng doanh thu.

9. Work together with Promotions to achieve high impact exposure of the hotel in the market.

Thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi để tạo nên tầm ảnh hưởng của Khu nghỉ dưỡng trên thị trường.

QUALIFICATIONS

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

¨ Significant achievement and management experience in Spa operations within a similar quality operation

¨ Operational management experience of a team in Spa

COMPUTER SKILLS

¨ Spreadsheet Experience, preferably Excel

¨ Word-processing skills, preferably Microsoft Word

¨ POS (point of sale) experience - Micros preferred

KEY MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES

¨ Must demonstrate assertiveness to instruct, firmly represent organisational standards and goals, or discipline as necessary

¨ Must demonstrate an ability to adapt to environmental as well as internal organisation turbulence through understanding the impact of change and the positive management of change
