Mô tả công việc

 Work and implement Six Senses best practice throughout the department with action plan.

 Complete knowledge of Six Senses - policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities, services and statutory procedures.

 Portray professional public relations and human relations skills at all times.

 Communicate effectively with all departments and be familiar with the entire resort premises.

 Follow up on LQA standards to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

 Complete any other duty assigned by management.

Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming guideline.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or similar.

 Two years of experience in a related field.

 Familiar with various hotel booking platforms, CRM, POS systems.

 Very good command over written and spoken English.

 Another spoken language would be beneficial.

 Ability to train and supervise staff and communicate well with management and guests.

 Willingness to learn new skills and work hard.

 A sharp mind/ attention to detail to ensure that the vast areas assigned to him is well taken care of at all times.

 Ability to manage a switchboard if needed.

 Ability to stand for long durations at a time.
