Mô tả công việc

Assist in preparing room assignment for room attendants.

Check and update the current room status.

Inspect all areas of responsibility (bedrooms, linen closets, storage areas, pantries, public areas, laundry area …) on a daily basis to ensure that the hotel standards are followed.

Check conditions of machinery, remind staff to promptly maintain and repair facilities.

-Monitor usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies, provide training and ensure proper labeling of hazardous supplies in accordance with hotel regulations.

Assist in the completion of monthly and quarterly Housekeeping inventories on a timely basis.

Assist in monitoring consumption and maintaining appropriate inventory levels to control all expenditures.

Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions and/or concerns.

Monitor staff to ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.

Monitor outside laundry facility servicing to ensure quality, undamaged linens and consistent delivery.

Conduct training activities for all staff to improve their professional skills.

Assist in establishing operating policies & procedures and standards.

Act as Executive Housekeeper to handle work when assigned.

Recommend honour and discipline staff in accordance with regualtions.

Performs other duties, as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor Degree.

Certificate in Hotel Management preferred.

Knowledge of chemical safety.

Good training skills.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning machines operating.

At least 4-year working experience in HK Department of a 5-star hotel.

Good office computer skills and other software.
