- Setup Pre-opening, make SOP, business plan then direcctly manage hotel

- Take responsibility to BOD

- Managing and training your team

- Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards

- Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host

- Working towards and achieving business targets

- Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework

Yêu cầu công việc

- 35+ years old

- Honest, thorough working, stand the pressure of KPI

- Operating experience: at least 05 years at a same position in a four-star hotel. Used to manage in any hotel around this area is an advantage.

- Good at English, knowing Korean is a plus point

- Proficient in Ms Office and hotel management software

- Qualification: College or higher specialized in management hospitality or economics or tourism.
