Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for the safe transfer of guests from and to all locations

• Create a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs, communicating clearly and by greeting guests warmly

• Possess good knowledge of the island routes, locations and hotel facilities

• Ensure to be aware and keep track of flight timings and assist guests in handling and loading luggage whenever required

• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and be well groomed and dressed at all times

• Do the utmost to learn guest names, especially repeat and long staying guests

• Assist in valet parking when not assigned any duty

• Possess strong knowledge of hotel facilities and services, encouraging guests to use our facilities

• Keep abreast of activities in the island which may affect driving times or routes. Share any important information to management

• Responsible for keeping and maintaining the cleanliness of our vehicles, ensuring they are up to hotel presentation standards

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Bell Captain and/or Guest Service Management

• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests

• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride

• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

• May assist with other duties as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

2. Service years in the field:

1 year experience in concierge / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3. Knowledge and skills:

Strong communication skills when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

Able to speak, read and write English

Time management

Familiar with airport operation

4. Language: Vietnamese and English Preferred
