Mô tả công việc

Deputy General Manger will directly report to General Manager (Expatriate) and take charge of sales & operation whole miniral bath service, resort & service included in the resort; support General Manager to handle daily operation and customer service issue to ensure that we're providing the best service to customer
The Deouty General Manager is also required to assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the resort.
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily/weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues. Minutes of the meeting to be sent to GM.
• Conduct weekly/daily meeting with marketing team for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business.
• Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
• Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
• Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
• Any other duties assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Excellent revenue management skills
• Hand-on experience in budgeting, P&L management and forecasting.
• Team-work spirit, Open-minded,
• Highly focused, Excellent communication skills,
• be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.
EDUCATION:
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
• or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field.
• Computer Knowledge, MS office.
• Experience in Property Management Softwares, Revenue Management Systems desired.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel as a Deputy Manager, Asst. Operations Manager or Hotel Manager.
