Pizza Belga is an Italian pizza and Belgian delicacies fusion restaurant in town. Very well known within the expat and local community for its quality and authentic menu, Pizza Belga also aims at quickly growing its customer base through intensive marketing and an extensive delivery fleet. At its current location Pizza Belga has the capacity to host up to 70 guests simultaneously. Our short-term ambition is that after a year of operations, additional restaurant locations will be prospected, and/or a food truck will be set-up to cater for events and private parties. The company’s values are Quality, Professionalism and Equality. Job description

The Service Supervisor at Pizza Belga has a very central, challenging and high responsibility position. He/she will  oordinate a team of servers, kitchen and delivery staff to ensure high quality served food, flawless and efficient customer service during the service. He/she will assure the restaurant organization well during his/her shift, being an image of  restaurant.

Detailed activities

Operation management

• Participate in the management team, contribute ideas and solutions to any arising matters in the company.

• Participate in management meeting to contribute in improving the restaurant’s standard and result

• Responsible for creating operation standard in the restaurant

• Be in charge of the front-house during opening hours, ensure high standard and customer-oriented services

• Supervise the service preparation and ensure a smooth service according to restaurant’s standard

o Supervise waiting and kitchen staff, make sure checklists are full-filled in a high standard

o Ensure customers’ satisfactory, manage raising issues if any

o Receive phone calls for booking, delivery orders and manage customer’s complains if any through the hotline

o Be responsible for POS functions including payments

o Conduct training of new staff when necessary

Key skills

Mandatory

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese languages

- 1 - 3 years of experience working in services business

- Transparency and honesty are paramount

- Excellent communication skills (face to face with customers, phone calls with suppliers and customers, assiduity to get the valuable new key or hidden information)

- Fully transparent and honest attitude. Ability to be challenged, accept responsibility and build on criticism as a way to improve oneself

- Curiosity, eager to learn, initiative, leadership and willingness to do more than the content of this job description
