Job Purpose:

Mục tiêu công việc:

Responsible for operating the company’s motor vehicles, to assure safe transportation of passengers to and from various destinations with high service standards.

Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành các phương tiện vận tải của công ty, đảm bảo vận chuyển an toàn cho hành khách đến và đi từ các địa điểm khác nhau với tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ cao.

Key Accountabilities:

Trách nhiệm chính:

1. Maintain clean and safe driving records; with valid driving license.

Duy trì hồ sơ lái xe rõ ràng và an toàn, bằng lái xe còn hiệu lực.

2. Maintenance of the vehicles by coordinating the schedule for major / periodic vehicle maintenance, to minimize service interruptions and performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.

Bảo dưỡng xe cộ thông qua việc phối hơp lịch trình bảo dưỡng đại tu / bảo dưỡng định kỳ để giảm thiểu việc gián đoạn dịch vụ và thực hiên các nhiệm vụ bảo dưỡng nhỏ cho xe cộ khi cần thiết.

3. Transport guests to/from the assigned destinations. Assist passengers along the journeys with high service standards.

Vận chuyển khách đi / đến những địa điểm theo chỉ định. Phục vụ hành khách trên suốt chuyến đi với tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao.

4. Report accidents / injuries / unsafe work conditions to manager and prepare accident/incident reports when necessary.

Báo cáo các tai nạn / chấn thương / điều kiện làm việc không an toàn cho quản lý và chuẩn bị các báo cáo về tai nạn / sự cố khi cần thiết.

5. Keep well in touch with GR Department for any assistance necessary.

Giữ liên lạc tốt với Bộ phận Dịch vụ Khách hàng để được hỗ trợ khi cần thiết.

6. Perform job related duties as assigned by Superior.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ liên quan đến công việc theo sự phân công của người phụ trách.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years’ driving experience.

Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm lái xe.

• Experience in an international hospitality operation.

Kinh nghiệm trong ngành dịch vụ khách sạn quốc tế.
