Mô tả công việc
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day operations.
- Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
- Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates
- Anticipate hotel’s online production proactively and develop opportunity through all channels
- Proactively explore all online opportunities for the hotels including but not limited to; local business opportunities, city/regional tourism organizations
- Create direct distribution action plan through the year and manage all preparations and actions and report on result with suggestion at the end of each campaign
- Be familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system and make sure clients database is updated.
- Other tasks as assigned by General Manager

- Excellent in Verbal and Written skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Be familiar with Opera system.
- At least 1 year experience at the same position.
