- Basic Salary + Tips + Bonus + Allowance
- Work location: HCMC - District 1 - Pull Man Hotel
- Have knowledge of all kinds of e-gaming machine.
- Ensure that all disputes and complaints of customer are handled and resolved professionally, accurately, efficiently and reported directly to the management.
- Check all payments and support payment processes within the permissions allowed
- Manage the staff of the team to work properly.
- Encourage employees to make efforts to achieve their goals.
- Monitor casino operations in your working area.
- To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 6 years at the same level in casino and egaming operation industry.
- Fluency in English. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Toeic certificate 600 and above (required conditions)
- Prefer: Female
- Age from 27 to 35
- College/University degree
- Acceptance of shift (day/night)
- Personal characteristics: honesty, integrity, accountability, leadership and dedication
- Excellent in customer services skills: deal with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests…
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.
