Can control well the business situation for 1 restaurant.
Can control well the restaurant operation to meet the satisfaction of customers about product and service.
Handle to manage the property and food materials (ensure food materials are delivered on time and in stock to avoid lossing of materials) and explain the loss list (if any).
Handle to develop the operation manuals of the restaurant for Kitchen and Hall.
Must handle (type O) both Hall + Kitchen.
Must manage a group of at least 20 people.
Must represent and handle customer's complain.
Must explain clearly to and check other staff about house rules.
Must handle Opening, Afternoon (peak hours) and Closing in-charge duties.
Must control Food & Labour cost.
Must prepare and submit accurate & HQ related reports / documents on time.
Must explain accounting items in P/L.
Must explain the deadline to get the approval for work schedule.
Other jobs required by direct management
Coordinate with the department to complete the work on time

Qualification and Skills
- Graduated University / College major.
- TOEIC English level at least 600 points
- Experience at least 4 years in restaurant manager position.
- Priority has experience in Japanese restaurant management
- Good leadership skills, positive working attitude.
