Human Resources Executive

• Main responsibilities: Recruitment - Internal communication 

• Provide assistance in the management of all matters of labor, salary, employment , registration and all the related personnel policy, regulation of the hotels . 

• Oversees the human resource database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.

• Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.

• Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.

• Ensures that reporting functions are up-to-date and in compliance with government regulations.

• Prepares monthly payroll, make the monthly amending report of changing status, adjust salary of all staff

• Cooperate with the AHRM to maintain good relations with the local authorities

• Effectuate all Insurance policy (social insurance , accident insurance ...) for all staff of the hotel

• Make monthly annual leaving & compensation leaving report for AHRM

• Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

- One duty meal per working day.

- Training, Uniform, Annual Health checking up..

- Insurance in accordance Labor Law.

- Dynamic and friendly working environment.

- Graduated from a University/College with a related major, especially in the Hospitality industry.

- Basic knowledge of human resources software and labor law.

- Good communication and interpretation skills.

- Be careful and secure with personnel information.

- Fair and objective.

- Ability to work well under pressure, correctly and pay attention to every detail.
