Chuyên viên Thương mại điện tử | E-commerce Executive

• Oversee channel development strategies, web architecture, infrastructure requirements, and collaboration of information technology, sales, and operations teams to fulfill e-commerce business strategies. 
• Web maintenance and troubleshooting are also ongoing for a website. 
• Sell a budgeted number of product or bringing in a budgeted of customers from the Internet, based on goals and objectives defined by the DOS. 
• Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding E-commerce activities.
• Managing Internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and product performance. 
• Maintain B2C online product catalog and content (images, product info, etc.) 
• Track and analyze web traffic conversion rates to optimize the conversion trend. 
• Customer Service related needs for online transactions for both companies. 
• Perform other duties as been assigned by the seniors 
• Control & maintain customer file, Sales account, reports. 
• Participate in job training plan across the department and implement in all aspects; 
• Conduct administrative documents needed as to ensure improvement in service quality and operation efficiency.

• 8 Days Off/per month
• Service Charge, the 13th salary and other allowances as per Hotel’s policy

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area 
• Good spoken and written communication skills 
• The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels 
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Calmness under pressure 
• Good administration and computer skills
