Mô tả công việc

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee an accounts payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments, and manage expense accounts and budget reports. As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be a critical member of the hotel Finance Team by performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

Monitor and enhance AP Function performance
Provide timely, focused, value-added management reporting to assess the performance of the AP function and financial performance of the hotels and agree upon action plans where necessary
Administer Credit processes and policies for other departments in the hotel and cluster
Provide timely, focused, value-added management reporting to assess the performance of the AP function and financial performance of the hotels and agree upon action plans where necessary
Lead and develop a high quality Accounts Payable Team
Maintain good communication and working relationships within Finance team and all other colleagues within the resort.
Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to motivate staff.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Two or four years of accounting experience with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
