JOB SUMMARY

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for warmly welcoming the guests, taking spa reservations, answering all enquires, and promote the Spa menu and retail product offerings. The individual is also responsible for scheduling treatments to meet optimal operations efficiency and potential revenue generation opportunities.

THE ROLE

o Answering all incoming phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding Spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatments.

o Have strong knowledge of all aspects of the Spa & Wellness facilities, policies and procedures. Promote and upsell sales of retail products and services to meet monthly departmental goals.

o Taking and scheduling all spa reservations that comes in through phone calls, emails or walk-ins. Ensuring that the optimal operation efficiency is met.

o Ensures accurate recording of all reservations and arrangements made by logging them under the appropriate system (e.g. Book4time) and preparing confirmation letter for guests’ reference.

o To assist in the preparation of departmental reports, including and not limited to; monthly summary of treatments, inventory stock count, guest feedback and complaints and daily retail sales.

TALENT PROFILE

Qualification

o Bachelor Degree in any related field

Work Experience

o Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry

Technical Skills

o Spa Therapist knowledge is an advantage

o Fluent in spoken and written English
