Mô tả công việc

- Work at Xuyen Moc district, Vung Tau city

- Oversee day-to-day operations & and manage food and beverage quality

- Direct, hire and train all teams

- Manages both internal staff, contractors and agents to ensure a high level of service

- Coordination of all aspects of the departments in company to ensure that the services of the resort are delivered to guests or internal customers with the aim of exceeding guest expectations and in accordance with resort’s standards and procedures

- Develop and implement strategies to minimize absenteeism and to manage occupational health & safety issues. Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts…)

- Be well versed and knowledgeable of Fire and Evacuation procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the workplace. Ensure employees are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they maintain complete familiarity.

- Design strategy and set goals for growth of all teams

- Set policies and processes for the resort. Build up those policies for the resort

- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

- Prepare regular reports, draw up & manage monthly/annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget

- A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies

- Directly report to GD and BOD.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent financial management abilities

- Ability to attract and maintain a high-quality staff

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry and 2 years in the same management level at a 4-star hotel/resort

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Hospitality and Tourism or related field

- Excellent English in 4 skills

- Vietnamese preferable
