REPORTING LINES

Direct report— Engineer Manager / Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES—GENERAL

Ensure all the refrigeration system in the Property works properly, repair and maintain the area refrigeration system.

Timely repair refrigeration system and equipment when required.

To repair and maintain refrigeration system and equipment with proper procedures and technical functions.

To do well sanitary engineering in area of repairing, to comply with proper procedures of room exchange for room area.

To comply with the proper repairing and maintaining process and safety in working.

To regularly check and clean server room, immediately report to Manager/ Assistant Manager for timely solutions if there is any unusual case.

To proactively take part in coaching and training courses. To comply with regulations and electricity safety and fire prevention of the Property.

To be willing to learn, enhance technical knowledge and to coordinate, support co-workers to do specialized tasks. To operate, repair, maintain electromechanical systems.

To complete other tasks assigned by superior. To prove the initiative in work

Other tasks requested by General Director and Head of Department.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Working in the FE sector/an FE college

Ability to identify problems and attention to details.

Significant experience in a customer-service position.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Degree or Certificate in Refrigeration Industry.

1-year experience in Refrigeration industry.

Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.

English: Basic communication skills.
