Mô tả công việc

• Check in at the housekeeping department before starting the shift, receive cleaning equipment, work assignment sheet and sign the logbook of using keys in the assigned work areas

• Prepare all necessary materials, tools and equipment during the working shift. Ensure sufficient quantity and good working quality.

• Depending on the assignment of superiors, employees perform tasks related to living rooms, service areas, public areas, warehouse management (including uniforms, linens, minibar supplies and equipment). , laundry, etc.)

• Promptly report abnormal room conditions and emergency situations: overflowing toilets, malfunctioning air conditioning equipment, etc. to the department and superiors.

• Update and notify Technical Department of furniture, amenities or equipment that need repair and maintenance.

• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor and shift leader.
