Mô tả công việc

1. Provides a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.

2. Participates in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

3. Shares in the establishment of revenue targets for the annual hotel Business Plan for rooms, F&B and minor operating departments.

4. As a result of evidence from market research, takes responsibility for the development of new product and guest services in all revenue earning departments, consistent with the goal of exceeding guest expectations.

5. Directs the activities of the internal employees outside agencies on public relations, advertising and direct sales & marketing campaigns. Supervise the quality and standard of all sales promotional aids, collaterals and merchandising items.

6. Installs and maintains yield management techniques in rooms reservations.

7. Coordinates with Manger Revenue Management provide timely and relevant information on hotel trends, to enable the Executive Committee to make pro-active decisions to improve the profitability of the hotel.

8. Analyzes the activities of competitor hotels, including their customer base, with the aim of developing and securing new business and providing a market advantage.

9. As directed, participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events, within the hotel, the industry and customer organizations.

10. Management of all Sales and administration employees, ensuring they are working towards achieving the hotels revenue budget for the existing and future years.

11. Manager a personal account base of the hotels top accounts.

12. Ensures the effective use of up to date technology in the sales arena. This will encompass but not be limited to the full and extensive use databases to ensure ease of access to information to Sales and Reservations employee.

13. Participates in developing and reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various segments, based on market feedback and market conditions.

14. Ensures all Sales Managers maintain clear and detailed files on all clients including information on results of each sales call.

15. Undertakes to arrange familiarization for any clients who have good potential to produce business.

16. Forecasts, controls and reviews expenditures in accordance with Hotel procedures.

17. Develops and actions a comprehensive promotional schedule addressing revenue and image development activities.

18. Identifies, evaluate and secure appropriate sponsorships that generate exposure for Hotel and assist in the development of revenues and image.

19. On an ongoing basis, develops and implements a comprehensive plan of action that addresses:

• Public Relations – local, regional, national

• Collateral and display materials

• Direct marketing mail campaigns

• Advertising radio, press, magazine and TV in all market areas as required.

20. Prepares monthly outlook/forecast reports.

21. Ensures that all employees comply with the grooming and uniform standards.

22. Conducts development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career patching.

23. Implements and maintains training systems to ensure that employees have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

24. Prepares work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.

25. Oversees the selection and appointment of new employees within the department.

26. Conducts regular employee meetings to keep all employees informed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated in College / University and/or with minimum 03-05 working experience at the same level in 04 -05 stars Hotel/Resorts/ Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học và có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các khách sạn/khu nghỉ dưỡng 4-5 sao

- Can communicate in English very well/ Tiếng Anh tốt

- Leadership , Management , teamwork Skills./ Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý, làm việc đồng đội
