Mô tả công việc

CRM Sup duties:

- Customer Service

- Cashier activities

- Staff management

- Marketing duties

- Lounge activities

Admin Accounting duties:

- Control money in the safe and prepare deposit to the bank

- Manage well Petty cash of the store

- Reconcile the good receipt with invoice from Suppliers

- Validate the information of the invoice and supporting document from Suppliers: Company name, tax code, item, quantity, price, payment term…

- Control fixed assets, store facilities (maintenance), & non-good purchase in Store

- Supervise the activities of Purch Admin to make sure all orders created, posted and received on time

- Assist SM in admin & HR duties (shift arrangement, payroll, leave balance, etc)

- As a back-up when SM is off

- Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Tốt nghiệp THPT, Cao Đẳng, Trung cấp, Đại học

- Kinh nghiệm Admin, Giám sát quầy Cashier là 1 lợi thế

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp khá đến nâng cao

- Chủ động, trách nhiệm
