Bar Supervisor/ Giám sát quầy Bar

GENERAL MISSION:

• Directly organize beverage serving at Bar, ensure the serving quality with high standards, food safety and strict hygiene./ Trực tiếp tổ chức việc phục vụ đồ uống tại quầy Bar, đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn của chất lượng phục vụ, an toàn thực phẩm và vệ sinh.
• To control drinks, goods and materials at preparation counter to avoid wastage, losses; to make reports of daily consumption, to do periodic inventory./ Kiểm soát đồ uống, hàng hoá, nguyên liệu tại quầy pha chế để tránh lãng phí, tổn thất; làm báo cáo về tiêu thụ hàng ngày, kiểm kho định kỳ.
• To take duty on shift – check goods, tools, equipment at preparation counters as prescribed./ Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra hàng hoá, dụng cụ, thiết bị tại quầy pha chế theo quy định.
• To Manage staffs follow the all regulations of the hotel and F&B Department.
• Other tasks required by Management Board and Head of Department./ Làm các công việc khác theo phân công của trưởng bộ phận.
