Receivable Accountant/Kế toán giao nhận

GENERAL MISSION:

• To follow up the import of goods, tools and utensils, other materials. In company with the ordered department and Security, check the quantity and quality of imported goods./ Theo dõi nhập hàng hóa, CCDC, vật liệu phụ. Cùng với bộ phận yêu cầu hàng và bảo vệ kiểm tra hàng nhập vào về số lượng và chất lượng.
• Check the purchase price, purchase quality in comparison with the approved PO./ Kiểm tra giá mua, số lượng mua so với PO được duyệt.
• To take stock of the good at the end of every month. To collate the recorded stock with the real stock. To make inventory records of surpluses and deficits./ Cuối tháng kiểm kê hàng tồn kho. Đối chiếu hàng tồn kho sổ sách và thực tế. Lập biên bản kiểm kê hàng thừa thiếu.

• Bachelor’s Degree/College in Accounting/Finance./ Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Tài chính Kế toán.

• 1 years experience on relevant fields/ 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan.

• Pre-opening hotel experience is essential/ Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm giai đoạn Tiền khai trương.

• English: good communication skills.
