Chào đón và chăm sóc khách hàng trong khu vực làm việc được sắp xếp/ Welcoming and taking care of guest
Quan sát các hoạt động của khách hàng trong khu vực được phân công, hỗ trợ khách khi cần thiết, tư vấn cho khách về các chương trình khuyến mãi của câu lạc bộ/ Observing customer activity in assigned areas, support them when necessary, advise them about the club promotion
Hướng dẫn khách hàng chơi trên máy và trả lời thắc mắc của khách/ Guiding customer how to play the machine, payment or answering queries from guest
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý/ Performing any other reasonable duties as requested
