Mô tả công việc

Stores and keeps all confidential information/ documentation.

Maintain overall control/cost containment of Executive Offices stationery supply, in conjunction with FC to ensure no wastage.

Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all administrative matters Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs

Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter departmental secretaries as appropriate

Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc. Arranging internal / external appointments

Coordinates travel arrangements for General Manager, handling reservation as requested.

Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request Provides pertinent information on socio-political matters

Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to the hotel and other internal matters directed to General Manager.

Provide full secretarial assistance to General Manager- preparation of correspondence, screening telephone calls, organizing appointments.

Liaise with Department Heads and staff in relation to necessary follow up on queries/deadlines/requests and special function instigated by General Manager.

Liaise with HODs to ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Take and transcribe minutes of Meetings as per the request of the General Manager for distribution to Department Heads to ensure all are clear with overall hotel operation and necessary follow up occurs.

Prepares monthly operational results for meetings.

Represent General Manager’s Office at guest /staff functions as required.
