Mô tả công việc

Tasks in the pre-opening phase

Key 1: Build a strong team:

- Assist the Operation Manager in establishing an organization chart and training staff

- Support HR department in recruitment, interview employees for the restaurant

- Assist the Manager to create the restaurant’s processes and

standard operating procedures.

- Build up step of service, service flow, restaurant opening/closing checklists, daily checklists

- Establish a training plan, able to train new employees, provide ongoing training for subordinate employees

- Make sure all members provide high service to the guest before the restaurant opening

Key 2: Propose OS and E and equipment for the restaurant:

- Support looking for and connecting suppliers to the Purchase Department

- Propose a list of OS and E of restaurant equipment

- Responsible to control equipment, and material received from suppliers

Key 3: Collaborate with the other teams (Kitchen/Marketing):

- Collaborate to propose menu/price

- Set up POS, products in summary group/ report category group

- Establish seasonal plan/ menu

Task on the opening phase

Key 1: Oversees the front of the restaurant:

- Ensure all members follow SOPs

- Ensure a positive guest experience

- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

- Restaurant representatives handle problems that arise with customers when subordinate staff can't solve them

- Ensure products quality before serving the guest

- Ensure par level and adjust the use level

Key 2: Oversees the back of the restaurant:

- Tracks daily revenue against targets and recommends Marketing team promotion events to boost sales.

- Controls cost against budget to reduce costs and waste for the restaurant

- Responsible for resolving internal issues

- Planning proposals, recruiting and training new employees timely, ensure the flow of work smoothly

- Monitor the process of implementing processes, fix and update processes to improve operational efficiency for the restaurant.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a management/assistant position

- Fluent English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems

- Enthusiastic, pleasing appearance, goal-oriented

- Good practical knowledge in restaurants and bar

- High customer service standard

- Time management, leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure

- Training ability, building a friendly and teamwork environment, and strong problem-solving skills
