Mô tả công việc

• Planning and allocating drivers in order to maximize workload efficiency.
• Develop work schedules in line with priorities, devise and schedule bus, record bus data, such as number of guest, space availability, timeline and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting and recordkeeping purposes.
• Identify and plan the most appropriate routes and means of transportation taking into account the nature of goods, costs, transit time and security.
• Handling queries from members and customers by phone, arrange and monitor bus and driver, and keep track of bus through all phases of the journey.
• Obtain, prepare, issue and check transportation documents to meet customs and insurance requirements, and compliance with Government's regulations and Corona’s Policy.
• May be required to perform other duties required by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Two years of working experience required.
• Vocational School Certificate or above.
• Well-groomed appearance.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of basic transportation repairs are preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Officer is a must.
