Mô tả công việc

Maintain good body hygiene and grooming.

Check the cash and your working area, ensure everything is clean and tidy, the equipment is working and in good condition.

Report daily revenues, void report, cash sale report.

the company SOP.

Check #86 list, daily specials and updates on POS.

Answer the hotline for booking or another request from the guest by following the company SOP.

Performance check/payment procedure by following the company SOP.

Check daily booking / private group/event, re-confirm the booking when necessary.

Welcome the guest and escort the guest to their table by following the company SOP.

Farewell and check guest satisfaction.

Assist /help others department when possible.

Perfomce others task assign by supervisor/manager

At least 1-year experience in the Hostess/ Cashier position
