Technician - Nhân Viên Kỹ Thuật

• Operate all of system in the building (Chiller, Electric, Plumping, Fire alarm,…).
• Routine maintenance on all company machinery and equipment to include fault finding, problem solving and minor repairs to minimize down time.
• Maintain, operate all facilities systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs.
• Handle and repair equipment of electrical, mechanical, ELV systems and plumbing and drainage faults and damage of building.
• Ensure full and timely reporting of all major breakdowns, significant problems, repair requirements, delays, or machine down time to relevant personnel.
• Ensure quality procedures relating to maintenance are followed e.g., calibration of measuring equipment.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
• Work closely with all other departments to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Operation of hotel or similar as MEP Technician.
• Good working knowledge of PC Skills and use of all MS Office Applications, including Outlook.
• Excellent technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, as well as maintenance of MEPF systems.
• Good working knowledge of ELV Systems and their maintenance requirements. Knowledge related to maintaining architect finishes.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese& English is a must.
