### Cooking
- Prepare our ingredients and condiments following our daily production.
- Prepare, cook and plate our dishes upon order.
- Ensure the least amount of waste by following our portion control.
### Hygiene & safety
- Keep your work area clean at all time following our safety and hygiene rules.
- Follow our guideline on products and ingredients storage and handling to ensure our customer's safety and our product's quality.
- Participate in the daily cleaning and weekly deep-cleaning of our kitchen.
### Ingredients & inventory
- Work with our Head Chef for weekly and monthly inventory.
- Receive and check goods, make sure it matches with the invoices and the quality is good.
- Check, dispose and record expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.

## Skillsets
- Team spirit
- Previous experience as a commis.
- Baking knowledge.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule and early shifts.
- Fluent in Vietnamese. Good English is appreciated.
