## Essential Responsibilities
### Brand knowledge & practices
- Knowledge of company products and services.
- Support to our customer through different platforms (instagram/facebook/website/email/phone call)
- Process the order and delivery to customer's addresses
- Handle complaints when they occur
- Answer all comments and inquiries online.
- Follow the SOPS, manuals, template related to service (customer's orders, frequently asked questions, issues, etc.)

## Skillsets
- Previous experience in customer service with minimally 1 year.
- A passion in customer service.
- Can work in shift and flexible weekly day off as per store operation
- Meticulous and well-organized.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, good speaking and writting English skills.
