As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for overseeing the kitchen under our Head Chef and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. You will report directly to the Head Chef and work closely with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that every dish is delivered to the customer at its best.

## Essential Responsibilities
### As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
### Preparing and Cooking Dishes
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that each member of the team is working efficiently and effectively to ensure that all dishes are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering new supplies when necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.

**BAKES** is a patisserie with the simple idea that enjoying pastries should engage all of your senses, kind of like love. We provide pastries for all occasions or no occasion at all.
Bakes flagship is located on 16 Thao Dien inside a 1,000sqm bakery with over 300sqm of centralized kitchen. Our second location is located around the Turtle Lake.

Yêu cầu công việc
## Skillsets
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a line cook or in a similar role. This experience should have provided you with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the duties required of a Chef de Partie.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good communication and leadership skills
