## Overview
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. You will report directly to the Head Chef and Chef de Partie and collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that every dish is delivered to the customer at its best.
## Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
### Preparing and Cooking Dishes
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the recipes and instructions provided by the senior chefs.
- Ensuring that all ingredients are properly prepared and stored.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the proper storage and labeling of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper storage, cooking temperatures, and hygiene practices.
- Collaborating with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**BAKES** is a patisserie with the simple idea that enjoying pastries should engage all of your senses, kind of like love. We provide pastries for all occasions or no occasion at all.
Bakes flagship is located on 16 Thao dien inside a 1,000sqm bakery with over 300sqm of centralized kitchen. Our second location is located around the Turtle Lake.

Yêu cầu công việc
## Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a line cook or in a similar role. This experience should have provided you with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the duties required of a Chef de Partie.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good communication and leadership skills
