# Overview

We are seeking a skilled pastry chef de partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our head pastry chef in creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all pastry items are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.

## Essential Responsibilities
###
- Manage daily and monthly kitchen operation and production. Monitor the production based on our demand and production target.
- Make sure our products are consistent with a stable quality and respect of the recipes.
- Maintain a sanitary, organized, and productive work environment with well maintained equipment and strict health and hygiene measures.
- To present product in line with company policy ensuring consistency at all time.
- Control our cost and wastage by following our recipes and techniques, controlling the raw material and quantities.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Reinforce our SOPs, recipes and daily cleaning checklist.

**BAKES** is a patisserie with the simple idea that enjoying pastries should engage all of your senses, kind of like love. We provide pastries for all occasions or no occasion at all.
Bakes flagship is located on 16 Thao dien inside a 1,000sqm bakery with over 300sqm of centralized kitchen. Our second location is located around the Turtle Lake.

Yêu cầu công việc
## Skillsets
- Previous experience as a pastry chef de partie or similar role.
- Knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
- Excellent time management abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Good communication and leadership skills
