Mô tả công việc

As an Intern, the responsibilities includes providing administrative support and follow-up to the team.
Handle telephone, fax correspondence, and email contacts with customers, followed up with writing a proposal
Establish and maintain an appropriate filing system as per SOP
Communicate event-related information to internal departments.
Maintain professional business confidentiality as required.
Maintain professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards hotel guests, clients, and other associates.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
