- Establish and maintain an appropriate filing system as per SOP
- Communicate event-related information to internal departments.
- Maintain professional business confidentiality as required.
- Maintain professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards hotel guests, clients, and other associates.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
