Mô tả công việc

- Daily handle administrative work loads at Front Office

- Assisting Duty Manager in daily operation, any admin works required follow up or update.

- Familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

- Report to Duty Manger all guests’ suggestions, complaints and compliments as well as updating the guests profiles

- Synergies Communication with and within hotel departments

- At least 1 year experience as same position in hospitality industry

- Good knowledge in Front Office Operation

- Good English skill in writing and spoken; computer skill

- Work hard, responsibility, honesty
