- Prepares and cook foods in accordance with the standards established by the Head Chef
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General
- Preparation of ingredients by the recipes.
- Prepare tools and equipment for food processing as assigned by superiors.
- Operational
- Check the goods when taken out and put into storage.
- Ensure enough raw materials and food for cooking.
- Pre-processing of materials as required by the superior.
- Report to the higher level when there are problems related to materials as well as tools, cooking utensils for timely solution.
- Support for other departments, especially in peak hours, as required by the supervisor.
- Ensure the correct skills of a food runner supplement before the customer.
- Keep working area clean.
- Cleaning tools and in a neat arrangement.
- Cleaning cabinets, food shelves. Arrange material neatly.
- Well followed rules of the kitchen for food hygiene and safety.
- Make sure the machinery and equipment in the kitchen area is working well.
- Store all kitchen appliances, utensils together with all other departments.
- Others:
- Do tasks assigned by the main chef, sous chef and executive chef.
- Flexible support other stations as needed.
- Learn how to prepare food.
- Adhere to governmental regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

SPECIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts.
- Must speak local language(s) and English.
- At least 6 months experience in similar role related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Having knowledge about food safety.
