2. Responsible for THE HOTEL’s sales and marketing plan by merging with corporate marketing programs.

3. Actively manage the financial statement, and review and critique performance in a timely fashion.

4. On behalf of an EMPLOYER to handle guests' requests, complaints and disputes against the Hotel

5. Closely monitor solicitation and booking activity through the sales activity reporting process and periodical spot checks.

6. Coordinate internal training and development programs.

7. Create and maintain a "guest first" priority throughout THE HOTEL.

8. Create new programs in response to market conditions and revenue opportunities.

9. Develop a goal-oriented business plan to support the financial goals.

10. Develop accurate and aggressive long- and short-range financial objectives consistent with THE COMPANY's mission statement.

11. Ensure good safety practices of employee and guests assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.

12. Fully utilize and modify as appropriate a comprehensive guest comment program. Respond quickly to deficiencies and take corrective action.

13. Ensure regular assessment and review of all HOTEL personnel by appropriate management staff.

14. Maintain a high personal visibility throughout THE HOTEL.

15. Maintain an appropriate level of community public affairs involvement.

16. Maintain knowledge of local competition and general industry trends.

17. Maximize sales potential of THE HOTEL and the management company.

18. Implement and maintain compliance to all applicable Best Western Hotels & Resorts policies, requirements and standards.

19. Implement and maintain professional standards for THE HOTEL’S operation and the conduct of all employees and management.

20. Where applicable, document, implement and maintain any and all required Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of THE HOTEL’s operations and departments.

21. Assist in providing THE EMPLOYER with the information of the hotel operating licenses and insurance to ensure compliance with government regulations and legislation.

22. Review and monitor financial entries, documents and reports and ensure that THE HOTEL’s financial activities are in compliance with the regulations and law.

23. On behalf of an EMPLOYER to handle guests' requests, complaints and disputes against the Hotel

24. On behalf of an EMPLOYER to work with local government about inspection activities related to hotel operation and EMPLOYEE’s tasks.

- Weekly off-days of 1.5 day

- Provided with standard rooms;

1. Minimum of 5 years hotel experience in management positions.

2. Currently holding a position as General Manager, Resident Manager and Executive Assistant Manager is preferable.

3. Excellent communication, Training, Representations and computer skills.

4. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

5. Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic direction and driving excellence.

6. Must be able to work with THE EMPLOYER and THE COMPANY.
