- To manage the day-to-day operations of all gaming machines.

- To ensure all staffs under his/her supervision carry out their duties and responsibilities.

- To ensure the operation to run smoothly during operation hours

- To ensure all customers are being served with the best hospitality.

- Ensuring all Company Rules and Regulations are being followed.

- Must be well aware of all existing promotional programs and functions.

-To provide professional training on all games to Attendant.

- Ensuring general cleanliness in gaming area.

- Attractive remuneration package and bonus, incentive, tip, annual leave, social insurance, health check, travelling ….

- Casino or E-gaming background

- At least 03 years at Senior Supervisor level

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service and problem - solving skills

- Ability to monitor, supervise, observe and pay close attention to the daily business activities
