HR Admin Executive/ Nhân Viên Hành Chính Nhân Sự

ADMINISTRATION

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• In charge of and follow up on staff house matters, insure all staffs are timely declared in accordance with state laws and regulations, visitors’ registration, room inspection, equipment purchase, staff house policy, etc.
• Coordinate with Kitchen to create, maintain and improve Canteen menus, control food portions, food cost, etc.
• Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment
• Landlord liaison (contract, renewal, pricing, M&E)
• Authority liaison (firefighting, food hygiene and safety,…)
• Planning and organizing company activities and events
• Provide general administration support to senior managers
• Translate communication letters, announcements from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
• Review and continuously implement and adjust of company administrative system

HR GENERAL

• Perform recruitment planning and reporting to management (job description, posting, CVs, organize interview, offering)
• Conduct onboarding & offboarding program
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee’s personal profile
• Develop training and development programs
• Compile regular administrative and HR reports and provide analysis and recommendations in a timely manner
• Provide quality HR advisory services to internal customers (employees & managers)
• Support the implementation of HR strategies, procedures, and polices
• Provide administration support such as document scanning, file management, contract preparation, data entry, leave record, overtime, etc.
• Other tasks under direct assignments of Human Resources Manager

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, initiative-taking, responsive, and detail-minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
