Assist in organizing and operating guest activities and experiences (inside & outside the resort)
Prepare equipment, check bookings, and ensure all activities run smoothly
Introduce and recommend suitable experiences to guests
Support and guide guests during activities in a safe and professional manner
Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
Collect guest feedback and support service improvement

Yêu cầu công việc

Third or final-year student majoring in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Travel and Tourism, or other related fields.
Available for a full-time internship for a minimum period of 3 months.
Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Reliable, patient, and professional in dealing with guests and colleagues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, efficient, and service-minded.
Highly motivated with a positive and "can-do" attitude.
