Baieta Restaurant HCM, located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses.

Responsibilities

1. Guest Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
2. Order Taking: Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when necessary. Communicate orders promptly to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
3. Menu Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings. Answer guest inquiries and make recommendations based on their preferences.
4. Table Maintenance: Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
5. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the timing of food and beverage service.
6. Upselling: Promote special menu items, beverages, and promotions to enhance the overall dining experience and contribute to revenue growth.
7. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks, including assisting colleagues during peak hours and contributing to the overall efficiency of restaurant operations.

Skills and qualifications

1. Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant.
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Good English speaking skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
5. Knowledge of basic food and beverage service etiquette.
6. TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification or equivalent, if applicable.
7. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

8. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
