Mô tả công việc
- Manages and supervises night duty staff and operations.
- Has excellent knowledge of the hotel facilities and services and actively promotes the hotel to guests and customers at all times. Creates a ‘sales awareness’ culture within the department.
- Has full knowledge of the hotel health and safety and fire and threats procedures.
- Ensures the efficient running of night operations.
- Takes responsibility for the night audit and ensure that all the money is held in a proper manner and in accordance with the specifications of the accounts department.
- Liaises with guests and staff and acts upon any queries, complaints and compliments received and to takes corrective action if necessary.
- Provides information for all hotel colleagues that is accurate, useful and to their requirements, enhancing the effective operation of the hotel.
- Assists the Front Office Manager in managing the overnight shift operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.

- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer literate.
- Good health, mature, pleasant personality and neat appearance.
- Able to cope with pressure.
