Mô tả công việc

Delegate responsibilities to the management team and Department Heads to drive service excellence, profitability, and a positive working environment.
Ensure consistent and effective implementation of policies and procedures across all departments.
Lead the achievement of operational and financial targets while maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee product and service quality in collaboration with Heads of Department and the General Manager.
Leads operational departments, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures brand standards are consistently delivered across all touch points.
Continuously enhance team productivity, efficiency, and service standards to exceed guest expectations.
Monitor market trends affecting occupancy and F&B performance, taking timely and proactive actions.
Represent the General Manager in hosting and welcoming VIP guests when required.
Maintain a strong operational presence, overseeing daily activities, cleanliness, room status, forecasts, and cost control.
Drive operational excellence and elevate guest experience in alignment with brand standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a large scale resort environment.
Strong operational background in both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division.
Expats with valid work authorization and residency document in Vietnam are encouraged to apply.
