Cluster Driver/ Nhân Viên Lái Xe Chung

• Responsible for the safe transfer of colleagues to and from all locations

• Ensure awareness and keep track of bus schedules.

• Assist other departments whenever required.

• Responsible for keeping and maintaining the cleanliness of our vehicles, ensuring they meet hotel presentation standards.

• Responsible for keeping our property safe and secure, and participating in any hotel activities related to Fire Life Safety.

• Bring the bus to the garage for regular maintenance as requested by the Cluster Assistant Housing Manager/Staff Housing Manager.

• Wash buses according to the schedule.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Support bus legal procedures when requested by the Cluster Assistant Housing Manager/Staff Housing Manager.

• Be a friendly face and a helping hand to our colleagues.

• Maintain a smart appearance – wear your uniform with pride.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done.

• May assist with other duties as assigned by management.

1. Education: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration

2. Certificate: Class E driver's license

3. Service years in the field: 1 year experience in concierge / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

4. Knowledge and skills: Strong communication skills when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues in a manner that reflects positively on the transportation service, providing support and care for colleagues.

5. Language: Vietnamese and English Preferred
