• Perform spa treatments in accordance with Six Senses Spa standards
• Set up treatment rooms as per operational standards
• Handle guest complaints and record all feedback and comments
• Serve welcome drinks or other offerings to guests when needed
• Complete required reports and documentation (e.g., stock records, daily logbooks, guest feedback)
• Request and maintain necessary supplies for daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all spa and treatment areas
• Check and maintain equipment in safe and functional condition
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Background in the spa industry, preferably within a hotel or resort environment
• Certified in Anatomy & Physiology, Massage Therapy, or Beauty Therapy
• Knowledgeable in healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions, and fitness
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and health & beauty techniques in the market
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Physically capable of applying consistent pressure for extended treatment sessions
