Driver

Position Summary:

The Driver is responsible for delivering a five-star transportation experience, ensuring safety, punctuality, discretion, and exceptional service standards at all times. This role involves driving guests to and from various destinations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, and assisting with luggage and other guest needs. The Driver plays a critical role in ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they are picked up until they reach their destination.

• Provide luxury service to VIP guests.
• Ensure safe and smooth driving.
• Coordinate with Reward Club / Business Development / Dispatch.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Provide timely and safe transportation services to guests, including airport transfers, local area pickups, and special event transportation.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure it is properly loaded and unloaded from the vehicle.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, ensuring it is always ready for guest service.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a safe ride for all passengers.
• Follow working SOP and grooming standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Transportation Supervisor and dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.
• Offer a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the ride.
• Monitor the vehicle's fuel levels and refill as necessary, ensuring the vehicle is always ready for service.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
• Assist with special transportation requests, such as VIP services or group transportation, as directed by the Transportation Supervisor.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating them to the Transportation Supervisor if necessary.
• Stay informed about local attractions, events, and points of interest to provide guests with helpful information during their journey.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, particularly related to safety and guest service.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a professional driver (VIP/hotel preferred).
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages like Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is a plus.
• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to provide exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong responsibility and discipline.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
