Mô tả công việc

Thực hiện thủ tục nhận trả phòng cho khách theo tiêu chuẩn 05 sao/ Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with 5-star service standards
Hỗ trợ, giải quyết yêu cầu của khách trong quá trình nghỉ dưỡng tại khách sạn/ Assist and handle guests’ requests and inquiries throughout their stay at the hotel.
Các công việc được trao đổi khi phỏng vấn/Other duties will be discussed during the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc

College Degree or above
Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
English - Good level, written & spoken
Ability in other foreign language is a plus
1 year in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel.
