Spa Manager - Quản lý Bộ phận Spa

We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our spa operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a luxurious, welcoming environment for our guests, manage promotions and budgets, maintain high service standards, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader who can balance day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee the spa’s day-to-day activities, ensuring a clean, relaxing atmosphere and the proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Log and address any security incidents or accidents as required.

Guest Experience & Service

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests, recognize regular visitors, and anticipate individual preferences.
• Resolve guest conflicts or complaints promptly, document feedback, and implement corrective actions to maintain high service standards.

Sales & Marketing

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies for spa treatments, services, and retail products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, travel agencies, etc.) to increase the spa’s visibility and drive revenue.

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, coach, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring consistent training and development.
• Maintain smooth communication between management, team members, and guests to foster a positive work environment.

Financial Management

• Monitor weekly and monthly bookings, track membership and day-visitor metrics, and analyze financial variances.
• Work to meet or exceed set budgets, managing revenue and costs effectively.

Reporting & Analysis

• Produce annual activity reports and manage performance indicators for the spa.
• Utilize guest profiles, feedback, and data to adapt services, improve processes, and inform strategic decisions.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about first aid, fire procedures, and emergency protocols.

Inventory & Resource Management

• Oversee supplies, monitor quality and quantity of delivered items, and control expenditure to minimize waste.
• Ensure all promotional materials (flyers, digital ads, etc.) are effectively produced and distributed.

Environmental Practices

• Implement eco-friendly practices to reduce gas, electricity, and other resource consumption.

Additional Duties

1. Organize and promote spa activities or events to meet customer demand.
2. Remain flexible to work weekends or holidays based on business needs.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Collage Degree preferably or Senior High School with strong Spa Operations Background. Upgrade in Spa Skills would be an advantage. A certain degree of creativity and attitude is expected.
• Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
• English - Good level, written & spoken
• Knowledge of Business Administration, Cosmetology, Anatomy of human body knowledge. Tourism or Experience in managing or coordinating an international SPA.
• Office Package. Leadership ability and experience of dealing
• with personnel.
• Effective Communication and Selling Skills.
• At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position.
• 1 year in the same position in hotels of similar category and services.
